SaleSTARTER2020 is an evolved, on line version of our popular SaleSTARTER New Hire Training Program – a time tested learning format designed to indoctrinate sales hires into their new company and our industry without constant, hand over hand involvement of a manager.  The program is less of a teaching process and more of a learning process, providing a framework for blended learning, through the use of guided assignments, as well as structured on-line courses,  which allows the Trainee to explore and understand critical components of their new job, while mastering the skills necessary for success.  The process has been structured in a “building block” fashion, utilizing the information and skills previously learned as the foundation for each subsequent component of the training.
